Thanks for your input. The examples you give are excellent - those are exceptions where the strength training milestones will be different. 

That being said, I&#039;m sure you know that most women aren&#039;t interested in, don&#039;t train for, and simply can&#039;t get significant muscle mass due to their hormonal profile.

Also - most novices aren&#039;t 6-5 and 240lbs. They are teenagers or young men of average build and height. So for the average novice trainees those average milestones are solid.
